Shipping Information
We work with trusted print partners so your order can be made and shipped as close to you as possible. Most orders are produced and packed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
After production, please allow for the following typical delivery windows:
- USA: 1–8 business days
- Australia: 4–9 business days
- New Zealand: 5–12 business days
- Canada & Europe: 5–12 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are standard time frames based on customer experience. Actual delivery may vary slightly depending on location and carrier capacity.
Shipping Costs
- Free tracked shipping on orders over $75.
- For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking where available. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You are also able to track your HeyASD order here.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, with the exception of Cuba, Iran and North Korea.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 1 week of receiving the product. We will gladly replace the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items if you have changed your mind or if the item is not defective.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via our Contact page. When contacting us, please provide as much detail as possible, including photographs where applicable. Returned items must be in re-saleable condition, not worn, and with tags still attached.
