What does HeyASD sell?

Three things, each chosen with care. Our sensory blankets and our calming sensory pillow are made for comfort and quiet. And there’s the book, The Unmasking Years, a guide for late-diagnosed autistic adults, available as a digital download, a paperback, or both together.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free, worldwide, on everything — blankets, pillow, and paperback. There’s no minimum to reach and nothing to add at checkout. The digital book has no shipping at all; it lands straight in your inbox.

When will I get my order?

Your blanket or pillow leaves us within 1–3 business days, and you’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as it’s on the way. You can track your order here any time to see where it’s up to and its expected delivery date.

How is The Unmasking Years delivered?

It depends on the format you choose:

Digital (PDF + EPUB) is instant. Your download link arrives by email the moment your order is confirmed, so you can start reading straight away on any device.

Paperback is printed just for you. Each copy is made to order and then posted with free worldwide shipping. Because it’s printed fresh rather than sitting in a warehouse, allow around 2–3 weeks to most countries, and 3–4 weeks for places like Canada and New Zealand.

Bundle gives you the download link instantly, with the paperback following in the post.

Which format should I choose?

If you want to start reading tonight, go digital. If you like a book in your hands, choose the paperback. The bundle is for when you want both — the instant read now and the physical copy to keep.

I bought the digital book but my download hasn’t arrived

Check your spam or promotions folder first, as the email sometimes lands there. If it’s still not showing, contact us with your order number and we’ll send your link straight over.

Where do you ship from?

Physical orders ship from trusted fulfilment partners, and paperbacks are printed at a US print partner, so your order reaches you as safely and quickly as possible wherever you are in the world.
