Hi, I’m Daniel, the founder of HeyASD.
After my autism diagnosis in 2022, I struggled to find products that truly met my sensory needs and reflected the community I was finally beginning to understand. Most designs felt either too clinical or too performative, nothing that felt like me. So I started creating them myself.
At HeyASD, every item is made with care and intention, designed to provide comfort, raise awareness, and celebrate neurodiversity in a way that feels real. Our community includes autistic individuals, families, caregivers, and educators, all seeking a space where we can feel seen, supported, and at ease.
Our mission goes beyond products. The HeyASD Blog is a calm, community-driven space to explore life on the spectrum, from sensory overload and self-care to inclusive relationships and identity. These are the tools and stories we wish we had growing up.
